Hrafnkell Oddi Guðjónsson

Hrafnkell Oddi is an attorney specializing in personal injury compensation. He earned his Master of Laws (mag.jur.) degree from the University of Iceland in 2018, was admitted to practice before the District Courts in 2019 and before the Court of Appeal in 2024. He also completed an LL.M. degree at UC Berkeley in 2024, where he focused among other things on tort law and law and economics theories in the field of tort law.

He has worked in personal injury compensation since 2015 and has been involved in numerous compensation cases. He therefore has extensive experience dealing with insurance companies and other liable parties.

Guðjón Ólafur is a Supreme Court attorney who has worked in personal injury compensation since 1999.

He graduated with a law degree from the University of Iceland in 1992, was admitted as a District Court Attorney in 1999, and as a Supreme Court Attorney in 2004.

Guðjón Ólafur has broad experience from both Parliament and the Icelandic Government, and has run his own law firm in partnership with others since 1999.

Þórunn Káradóttir graduated with a B.A. in Law in 2014 and an LL.M. in 2016 from the University of Iceland.

She has in-depth knowledge of tort law and has also taught tort law at the University of Iceland's Faculty of Law.

In addition, Þórunn has specialized in data protection law, gaining extensive experience advising and resolving matters related to the handling of personal information and privacy, both for individuals and businesses.

She has also worked for many years in financial and commercial law, handling matters relating to contract law, claims, and insurance law. Her experience includes contract drafting, dispute resolution, and general legal advisory work for individuals, companies, and institutions — giving her a strong foundation in complex legal analysis across multiple fields.
