Hrafnkell Oddi Guðjónsson, District Court Attorney
Hrafnkell Oddi is an attorney specializing in accident compensation claims. He graduated with a mag.jur. degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Iceland in 2018, received his license to practice before District Courts in 2019 and before the Court of Appeal in 2024. He graduated with an LL.M. degree from UC Berkeley in 2024, where he studied, among other things, law and economics theories in the field of tort law.
He has been working with accident compensation claims since 2015 and has been involved in numerous compensation cases, giving him extensive experience in dealing with insurance companies and other liable parties.
Guðjón Ólafur Jónsson, Supreme Court Attorney
Guðjón Ólafur is a Supreme Court attorney who has been working on accident compensation since 1999. He graduated with a law degree from the University of Iceland in 1992, became a District Court attorney in 1999 and a Supreme Court attorney in 2004.
Guðjón Ólafur has diverse knowledge and work experience, including from the Icelandic Parliament and the Government. He has run his own law firm in partnership with others since 1999. Guðjón Ólafur has extensive knowledge and experience in collecting compensation for personal injuries after traffic accidents, work accidents and leisure accidents. He has been involved in the handling of numerous compensation cases, both against insurance companies and others, and is not at all afraid to test people's rights in court if necessary.
Þórunn Káradóttir, Attorney
Þórunn Káradóttir graduated with a B.A. in law from the University of Iceland in 2014 and a master's degree from the same law faculty in 2016. She has extensive knowledge in the field of compensation law and has, among other things, taught compensation law at the University of Iceland's law faculty. Þórunn has also specialized in data protection law and has gained extensive experience in consulting and resolving matters related to the processing of personal data and data protection, both for individuals and companies.
In addition, Þórunn has worked for a long time in the field of financial law, where she has handled various tasks in the fields of claims law, contract law and insurance law. She has been involved in contract drafting, disputes and general legal advice for individuals, companies and institutions and has solid knowledge and experience in complex legal issues in many areas.
